Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of AutoDM, an AI-powered WhatsApp sales assistant provided by AutoDM. By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp number, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

AutoDM connects to your WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) and provides: AI-assisted replies to your customers, catalog and stock management, order confirmation, payment collection through Paystack, and analytics.

We rely on Meta and Paystack to deliver parts of the service. Feature availability can therefore depend on their platforms, and we will communicate material changes that affect you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, for keeping your login credentials safe, and for all activity under your account.

Your WhatsApp connection is governed by Meta's terms in addition to ours. You must have the right to use the number you connect, and you must comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy (no spam, no prohibited goods).

You can disconnect a number at any time from your dashboard, which stops all message processing immediately.

Plans, limits and platform fees are shown on our pricing page before you commit. The platform fee applies to orders completed through the assistant and is disclosed per plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your data remains exportable.

Prices are in Nigerian Naira and payments are processed by Paystack. Failed renewals may pause the assistant until payment succeeds.

Promotional codes, where offered, are governed by the terms stated when they are issued (coverage period, tier, and renewal behavior).

Do not use AutoDM to send unsolicited bulk messages, to sell prohibited items, or to mislead customers. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or access other vendors' data.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform, its partners, or other users at risk, with notice where practicable.

The assistant generates replies automatically based on your catalog and settings. While we work hard for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for orders, prices quoted, and customer communications, and should review conversations and orders in your dashboard.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we never touch. It forms part of these terms.

Your business data is yours. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request subject to legal retention requirements.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost messages outside our control, platform outages at Meta or Paystack).

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel and export your data.

Either party can end this agreement at any time. Sections that should survive termination (liability, data obligations) do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
