AutoDM started with a simple observation: Nigeria's hardest working sellers are losing sales they never knew existed.

A vendor in Computer Village sells phones all day on WhatsApp. She types prices with one hand while cooking dinner. A customer asks "how much is the red one?" at 11pm. She sees it at 7am. The customer bought elsewhere at 11:02pm.

Multiply that by thousands of vendors and millions of messages, and you see the gap. Not a lack of hustle. A lack of hours in the day.

AutoDM gives every vendor an assistant that never sleeps: one that knows the catalog, answers in the customer's own language, confirms the order, sends the payment link and books it, all while the vendor lives their life. And it does it inside WhatsApp, where Nigerian commerce already happens, so customers never have to learn a new app.
